13 weeks to Christmas

Well 25 September dawned bright and clear and registration went without a hitch. The shorter evenings and talk of 'assignments' bring our minds to Autumn and then to Christmas as today's gem of information is that there are only 13 weeks to Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!

We are all busy and excited about getting back into the swing of things. Today's word to the wise - get a 'Page a Day' diary today (Aug 2006 - Aug 2007) and have it surgically attached to you. Write everything you need to do, plan on doing and the occasional wish lilst in it. The pupils will come to respect your 'diary' and they will soon come to realise that you do not 'forget' about anything - homework, promised class tests, extra assignments etc as you write everything down. Just a tip - worked well for me.
